
Once you join the FitCity family, a personal trainer assigned to you will perform a complete body composition analysis based on your body fat percentage and other aspects of your physiology. Then she’ll recommend nutritional guidelines and get you started on a personal training program.
As the weeks fly by, you’ll notice yourself looking and feeling better with every visit. For a more objective record of how well you’re doing, consult our Wellness Centre every 12 weeks for reassessment and any necessary fine-tuning (included with membership).
