Group exercise

Group Exercise SchedulesSometimes you just want to be alone. For those other times, you may wish to consider group exercise classes - like Yoga, ideal for improving your flexibility and relaxation. Or Core Training for stronger hips and stomach. All regularly scheduled classes are led by certified professionals, and include:

  • Yoga
  • Power Yoga
  • Pilates
  • Power Pacing indoor cycling
  • Kick boxing and shadow boxing
  • Stability ball classes
  • Total body conditioning workouts
  • Core training
  • Group muscle conditioning

Busy? Try FitCity for Women’s strength and stretch classes. If you have more time to spare and calories to burn, join one of our combination classes, like high-energy cycling cardio followed by strengthening or stretching on the ball.

All members are welcome at FitCity for Women’s regular special events, including candlelight yoga, hip hop dance, belly dancing, nutrition seminars and fundraiser step jamborees.
